The booking engine supplied in Turkey Holiday Rentals makes booking easy - clients simply choose a rental property using a variety of search methods and then check its availability on-line. As clients book, dates become unavailable - for example here, dates marked in green with a 0 are already booked and approved and therefore cannot be booked by other clients. Dates marked green and with a x are unavailable for booking - these could be dates you are keeping for yourself or for family and friends. For other options click here! |

Having an automated online calendar and booking systems means that the actual amount of property management work you need to do is minimal. Once the system is setup, you can manage it from anywhere in the world simply by logging in to your owner management area (show me an example). The system automatically lists client bookings (show me an example) enabling you to confirm / deny each booking. You can also send payment reminders, delete clients, send newsletters to previous guests and of course do any maintenance on your property's details. | |
