Development Team
The developers are a split between English and Turkish. One of the English developers has 23 years experience in the house building industry. Firstly as a bricklayer, working his way to site manager for some of Britain`s biggest and best known house builders. In 2004, he was given the prestigious Quality Award by the National House Building Council (N.H.B.C.) putting him in the top 2% of British Site Managers.

All villas are freehold, and are exclusively offered to you through Azure Overseas Property.

Timing and Payment Terms
An initial Reservation Fee of £500 will be required to reserve a plot for 28 days. If travel is planned, this can be extended if necessary 28 days, at which time 4000 EURO will be required as a deposit. As this development is now complete full payment is required within 28 days of formal reservation and contracts being signed.

The Purchase Process in Turkey
Once the sale agreement has been drawn up as a legal binding contract and the buyer and seller have agreed and both signed, the title deed will be applied for. The process takes approx 6 - 8 weeks, this is due to the army search (this search is designed to prevent people with serious criminal convictions and terrorists from purchasing property).

Should you be refused permission from the army you have the right to transfer the sale over to a nominated third party or have the contract cancelled. Once the permission is received back from the army deeds transfer will go ahead.

You can either be here to sign yourself or nominate by power of attorney someone to represent you. (the acting solicitor will do this for you). Should you opt for power of attorney the solicitor will ensure that all taxes are paid and the title deed is registered in your name. Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying the water and electric connection and 1/2 the taxes due. Full purchasing costs are explained by us in full detail before any contracts are drawn up so you are fully aware of every penny you are spending.

Additional Fees
The following additional one-off fees apply when purchasing a property in Apollon Holiday Village:

The annual maintenance fee for the development is €550 per property per year, which pays for the security, reception, on-site staff, grounds maintenance, pool maintenance and cleaning and the free transportation service for all owners and guests.

The developer is able to manage your property in many ways. Further details will be available upon request, however, for a small fee, they can manage:
