Welcome to 'Olive Tree Villa', a newly built 3 bedroom detached villa. Situated in the gorgeous village of Ovacik with stunning mountain views of Mount Babadag.

A short dolmus ride away from Olu Deniz - the blue lagoon and Fethiye. Hisaronu can be reached on foot. Close to all amenities such as new aqua park which is in Ovacik.

The villa is fully furnished to a high standard and is fully air-conditoned. There is a garden area with terrace, patio furniture is provided. A pool which is shared with one other detached villa. Bedding is provided. Travel cot can be provided upon request.

There is an English speaking maintenance company on hand. The pool and villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival.

Transfers from Dalaman airport can be arranged if required. This is a gorgeous villa in a great central location. You will be spoilt for choice for things to do or you can just take it easy and enjoy the fabulous views and Turkish atmosphere.

Changeover day Changeover day is either Monday or Friday in busy periods. We can be flexible during quieter periods for changeover day.

Notes on accommodation The villa is fully air-conditoned. A travel cot can be provided upon request.

Accessibility This property is on a fairly flat part of Ovacik, although the villa overlooks the mountains, there are no steep hills to climb to reach the villa so it is suitable for elderly.

Outside Garden area with olive tree, terrace area with patio furniture, shared pool with one other detached villa - this is owned by an English family who use villa for holidays.

Coast/Beach Close to Olu Deniz blue lagoon beach 10 minutes drive by Dolmus or taxi. Calis Beach and Patara Beach are also accessible by car.

Airport Transfers Dalaman airport 50 minutes drive away by car or bus. Airport transfers can be provided at a once of cost of €50 for a group of 4. Cost per person above this will be €8 per person.

Distances to Local Amenities 10 minutes drive to Fethiye. 10 minutes drive to Olu Deniz. 20 minutes drive to Calis, 20 miuntes walk to Hisaronu. 5 minutes walk to Ovacik. Patara Beach, Sakklikent, Tlos, Gocek, are all accessible by car or bus.

Further details Ovacik has many restaurants and small supermarkets. Hisaronu has many shops, bars, restaurants, agencies where cheap local tours can be booked and cash point facilities. There is a large market here on a Monday. Fethiye is a large town with banks, shopping, markets and a hospital.

Booking notes Deposit of £150 is required, the outstanding balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.Cost includes use of air-conditioning, electric and gas. We also require a £100.00 refundable breakages/damage deposit, this is not cashed and will be returned once you have left the villa. In the event of any damage being caused, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the deposit. A welcome pack can be provided containing basic essentials at a cost of £8.00.
