KASARINI VILLA, KALAMAR, KALKAN - ON THE STUNNING ‘TURQUOISE’ COAST

Our beautiful detached three bedroom, 4 bathroom villa has stunning, uninterrupted sea views from every room and terraces. It also has a large private infinity pool with wooden decking. The villa is stylishly furnished and has air conditioning in every room.

Kasarini villa is only a 5 minute walk from the sea, beach club and deep sea diving centre. It is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest shops and restaurants and a 20 minute walk to the enchanting village of Kalkan with its cobbled streets, whitewashed, shuttered Ottoman buildings, many excellent Turkish and International restaurants, enticing shops and the
pretty harbour.

Kalkan is the ideal base to explore all the Lycian heritage sites nearby or the wonderful coastline by local gulet. The villa has olive tree clad mountainside to one side where you can take some lovely walks and maybe spot some rare eagles and other unusual flora and fauna.

The villa has a private 7.5 x 3.5 meter infinity swimming pool surrounded by large terraces. There is a glass and wrought iron table and chairs for al fresco dining and plenty of comfortable wooden loungers, large umbrellas and a built in barbeque.

FIRST FLOOR: Two double bedrooms with:

• Bedroom 1 has a fully tiled en suite bathroom and a double bed
• Bedroom 2 has a fully tiled en suite shower room and 2 single beds
• Both have dressing areas and balconies

All the bedrooms have wooden floors, Turkish rugs, masses of bespoke wooden fitted cupboards, dressing tables with mirrors and stools, wrought iron chairs, headboards and bedside tables.

Spacious hallways and wonderful, uninterrupted views of sea and mountains from both bedrooms and a door to another patio and small garden to the rear of the landing.

SECOND FLOOR: Spacious area with hall and doors leading to roof terrace with ottoman style low seating and brass tables - ideal for relaxing in the evening with a drink and watching the sun set and the lights of Kalkan in the distance.

• Double bedroom with twin beds with dressing area and fully tiled en suite bathroom, this bedroom is furnished in the same way as the other 2 bedrooms but with doors leading onto the roof terrace

The villa sleeps 6 and is fully equipped and furnished. Prices quoted are for the villa per week.

Deposit & Payment: £100 deposit is payable on booking and the balance is due 2 months before your arrival date. A damage deposit of £150 is required along with your final payment and this will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your return provided there are no major breakages or damage to the villa other than normal wear and tear.

Cleaning: The Villa is cleaned at the beginning of the rental period and a mid-stay clean and linen/towel change is provided for 2 week rentals. Beach towels are not provided. Extra cleaning, laundry and baby sitting can be arranged for a small extra cost.

A welcome pack is provided at the beginning of your stay.
