The pool is just 30 metres away. This apartment is located a short walk from all central amenities including the clubhouse, sports areas, sauna and Turkish bath. The owners have thoughtfully used the available space keeping the apartment light and airy. The sliding doors from the living area lead out onto the patio which has a small table and chairs. The patio overlooks the pool making it an ideal family location. The views from here are wonderful and the sunsets some of the best in Turkey.

| | "Our comfortable and beautifully furnished penthouse apartment is situated conveniently close to the main resort amenities, which includes restaurant and café bar (with WiFi Internet connection available) where evening BBQs and entertainment events are organised. The pool is also just a few steps away - mums and dads can keep an eye on the kids while enjoying more sedate pastimes. We have a south facing lounge terrace, complete with table, sun umbrella and chairs looking out on delightful views over the pool to Tuzla lake and the mountains across the resort. For larger families we can offer both this apartment and the apartment below (Anemon C13), again furnished to a high standard but this time with a garden area with wonderful views to the pool and beyond. A short distance from the entrance to Flamingo Country Club is a small shopping area and a delightful café and restaurant called Sunset Café, which overlooks the sea from a high viewpoint. At sunset it is ideally situated to take in the sunset as you eat a meal or sip your drinks. There are small roads that lead down to several man made beaches with facilities for the tourist. A cable car or shuttle bus service can also take you down to the Artev Private Beach Club from directly opposite the entrance to Flamingo. Near Tuzla lake is the Impressive Vita Park Golf Course. This is an 18 hole course with many golf and recreational facilities and can be booked from Flamingo"

This owner recommends: Beach facilities are easily reached from outside FCC either on foot, by car or by cable car. You really should visit Sunset Cafe plus you have a
choice of restaurants and shopping in Bogazici and Govercinlik. We Think: This apartment is situated in the middel of the resort with the pool on the
same level. This means that you can keep an eye on the kids while relaxiing on your terraces. You are a short walk from the clubhouse which again is great if you have children and want to be close to the central amenitis. All in all a great apartment, stunning views and poolside.
